Organization
The logistics of the route are completely thought out in terms of dates and transport. In addition, they always suggest how to get to the starting point faster and better and come back.
Food
For breakfast, porridge with dried fruits, pasta with cheese or rice with tuna. Lunch is either a snack (sandwiches with tea), or hot (buckwheat, bulgur). For dinner, soups or porridge.
We carry freeze-dried meat with us, so there is enough protein in the diet
One day we had dinner at a fish restaurant. It was incredibly delicious!
Different fruits ripen in different seasons in Turkey. During the hike, they sang pomegranates and lemons.

General opinion
Very varied nature and an easy route. It is quite hot here in autumn, there are problems with water (streams and small rivers dry up), so you need to take care of a sufficient volume of water tank to last the whole day.
Very cool that we visited some of the tourist attractions. On the very first day, we swam in the Goynuk canyon, climbed Tahtali, then looked at Mount Chimera and visited the ancient city of Olympos. In Cappadocia, thanks to falling prices, it was possible to fly in a hot air balloon :)
I highly recommend this trip as the first one: small differences in altitude (besides, ascents and descents alternate), completely different views (sea, mountain, canyons), 3 nights near the sea (it is very pleasant to swim after a day's hike)
Overall impressions: very, very beautiful and easy!
